Elite Level Realty Property Management takes the worry out of property management. Our staff will interview each prospective tenant. We perform a credit, and rental history background check to ensure that your new tenant is a worthy resident at your property. As your property management company, we collect rent, respond to maintenance calls, and follow-up to make sure all the work is performed properly. In addition to our other services, our rent management team performs periodic property inspection. Each month we direct or mail the owner their checks and rent rolls., Rent is due the 1st of every month. There is an additional 4-day grace period. After the 5th day, the tenant is charged a 10% late fee, which goes directly to you. Rent and rent roles are disbursed to landlords on the 16th of every month.
